Trump was interviewed on CBS’s show 60 Minutes.
He revealed a lot during the interview, however, CBS held one important thing back.
There have been riots all over the country. Liberals have been burning things and tearing the country apart. However, some racists have used Trump’s victory as an excuse to commit hate crimes against minorities.
Many of these liberals probably blame Trump for those crimes, and wish he would say something about it. However he did, and CBS waited two days to air it.
When asked about the hate crimes Trump said the following. “I am very surprised to hear that. I hate to hear it. I am so sorry to hear it, and I say stop it. And I say right to the camera, stop it,” said Trump.
Showing this information early could have stopped some of these hate crimes, and stopped liberals from freaking out so much over the election. Instead the only clip that CBS aired early was about the Affordable Care Act.
CBS has been criticized for this. “We chose to release a quote on the issue that affects the most Americans & that was his statement on Obamacare,” said a spokesperson for CBS.
